Design God

Ive been reading a book about Raymond Loewy. That guy was really ahead of his time. He got to design everything from logos, to entire trains right down to the food that was on the menu! A lot of his logos and designs are still in use today even though they were designed in the 1930's, like the Shell oil company. His train designs were really great because he took steam locomotives in the 1930's, which were essentially 19th century technology, and modernized them using the then new concept of streamlining and aerodynamics. I got inspired to do some train sketching of my own.

Lambo Shots

So here are the latest renderings of my Lamborghini. The idea was to create a car with very simple, and strong geometry, like the original Countach. This thing is still far from finished, and some of the surfaces are sketchy to say the least, but you get the idea. Its time to move on to other projects!

Bertone Lamborghini

These are the latest images of a project that I have been revisiting. Its a Bertone Lamborghini based on the Mucielago package, but with some stronger surfaces. The model is Alias, and these are the first surfaces. Its still a bit rough and I plan to clean it up a little bit and add some details.
